The services we currently offer include the following:

• Financial Services - including general ledger, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounting system setup and personal financial statements.

• Tax Services - including personal and business tax return preparation, sales tax return preparation as well as tax planning.

• Payroll Services - including helping to implement the controls necessary to ensure a reliable, efficient, and effective payroll system as well as preparing payroll tax returns.

• Texas Title Insurance Agency Services - including monthly 3-Way Escrow Account reconciliations, interest bearing account ledger updates, assistance with underwriter remittances and assistance with filing all various forms required by the Texas Department of Insurance on a quarterly and/or annual basis.

• Other Services - include but not limited to forming business entities, consulting and business planning.
